Was a very good experience and was very helpful

Peppers GMC dealership with the assistance of their service manager have always went beyond to satisfy my concerns with my GMC pickup. I always try to connect with Wayne Welsh to take care of all my service needs!

I was in a real bind because I have a road trip to another state coming up in a week's time and my car battery died completely. After being towed to the dealer, they corrected the problem with a new battery. Now I feel safe to go on my trip. I might add that I am a widow of 79 yrs and travel alone. Thank you Peppers. You always take good care of me and my car.

I was able to wait in and watch TV and read while they put two new struts on my car. Service manager was professional in explaining the work to be done and charges.

They fixed my issue with my air and that made me happy, because my car is new and the air was not working.

I have been using Peppers to service my vehicle for years. Always a great experience!

They fixed one problem but are not sure about the other problem with all the lights out in the dashboard. Think it might be the battery that they charged up for me. I guess we will find out soon but are always so kind and wanting to help. Alyson Middleton

Everything was good. Just one issue was being a 2500hd truck. The tech did not adjust tire pressure and the tpms light came on and had to adjust tire pressure when I returned home.

My truck was feeling like I was constantly driving on the roads rumble strip. The vibration could be felt in the seat and steering wheel. I have the eight speed transmission. I was told from the dealership my vehicle having 67,000 miles probably needed a transmission service. I dropped off my vehicle and was contacted a short time later the vehicle was fixed. I picked it and drove it home. It drove like a new vehicle again. The dealership did an awesome job and I am very happy with the service. Great job and kudos to the staff and service techs!

They took my vehicle in for service very close to my appointment time and finished in a very reasonable time. When finished, they informed me that everything on my vehicle was in good condition.

Peppers Chevrolet had the truck I was looking for. I travelled to pick it up and they pulled out all the stops to keep the process moving smoothly so I could drive the truck back home that day. Shane Fowler was GREAT to deal with! Historically, I couldn't stand purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. The process was always painfully slow and drawn out. Shane made it a pleasure and was very professional and knew the products very well and fit me into the perfect truck for our needs and budget.
